Who you are dealing with

This website belongs to Tállo, trading as [registered or trading name — to be completed before launch], ABN [ABN — to be completed before launch], based in [business location — to be completed before launch]. You can reach us at hello@tallo.life.

What we collect

• If you join the mailing list, your email address — nothing else.
• If you email us, whatever you put in that email.
• If you book a session or a retreat, your name, contact details and payment are collected by the booking platform we use, not by this website. We never see or store your card details.
• If you buy something from the shop, the shop collects your order and delivery details under its own privacy policy.
• We count page views using a privacy-friendly analytics tool. It does not set cookies and does not identify you.

This website itself has no login, no comments and no shopping cart, so there is nothing else for it to collect.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to take and manage your booking, to send you the occasional email if you asked for it, and to know roughly how many people visit. Nothing is sold, and nothing is used to advertise to you elsewhere.

Who else sees it

We use other companies to do the things this website does not do itself — take bookings, send email, and run the shop. Your information is held by them, under their own terms, and only for those purposes. They are:

Some of these companies are based outside Australia, which means your information may be stored overseas. We do not give your information to anyone else.

How long we keep it

Mailing list addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Booking and purchase records are kept as long as the law requires us to keep business records, and then deleted. Emails you send us are kept while they are useful to answer.

Your choices

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately. You can also ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email hello@tallo.life and we will do it.

If something goes wrong

Tell us first and we will try to fix it. If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and change the review date at the top.
