Who you are dealing with

Booking and payment

Bookings are taken through a booking platform, and payment is handled by it under its own terms. Your place is confirmed when that platform confirms it, not when you submit a form. Your agreement for the session or retreat itself is with Tállo.

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies.

If we cancel

If we cancel a session or a retreat, you choose: a full refund, or a place on the next one. If we have to change a time, a venue or an instructor, we will tell you as soon as we know, and if the change does not suit you, you can have a full refund.

Taking part safely

Tállo teaches movement and breath. It is not medical treatment and nothing we say is medical advice. Please tell us before you start if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or illness, or have a condition that movement might affect, and speak to your doctor if you are unsure whether a session suits you.

In a session, work within what your body will do that day. You can stop, rest or leave at any time. Follow the instructions given, and tell the instructor if something hurts.

Your rights under Australian law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service is not delivered with due care and skill, or is not fit for the purpose we described, you are entitled to a remedy, and nothing on this page limits that.

Merchandise

Anything you buy from the shop is sold through the shop platform, under its delivery and returns terms, which you will see at checkout. Your consumer guarantees apply to goods as well as services.

The programme

Dates, venues and prices on this site are the current plan and can change. We will not change the terms of a booking you have already paid for.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change we will update this page and change the review date at the top. The terms that apply to your booking are the ones published when you booked.
